The Curriculum
Wonder Master is built on five interconnected schools — each one a dimension of conscious AI leadership. Mastery means demonstrating Conducting or Wonder Leader level across all five.
Curiosity is the foundation of wonder. In the context of AI, it means approaching uncertainty with openness rather than anxiety — asking better questions, staying in inquiry, and treating the unknown as an invitation rather than a threat.

After the Retreat
You leave the retreat as a candidate. Over the next 4 weeks, you facilitate real sessions with real audiences and submit evidence for each school. Sarah and co-facilitators review your work weekly.
Week 1
Curiosity in the Wild
Facilitate one Curiosity-focused session with a real audience. Document participant reactions, your facilitation choices, and evidence of the Curiosity indicators in action.

Polarity & Awe
Facilitate a session that holds polarity — where participants experience both/and thinking. Capture evidence of Awe and Polarity indicators. Submit your REACT process map.

Week 3
Conscious Design in Practice
Design and deliver a session explicitly grounded in Conscious Design. Show how you made values visible, designed for dignity, and took a systemic view.

Week 4
Full Conductor Integration
Deliver a full Schools of Wonder experience — all five schools, integrated. This is your capstone rehearsal. Sarah and co-facilitators provide final assessment feedback.

Awarded when you demonstrate Conducting or Wonder Leader level across all five Schools of Wonder, with at least two schools at Wonder Leader, as assessed by Sarah Pirie-Nally (Master Examiner).
