At Sarah Pirie-Nally / Wonder & Wander Pty Ltd, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which forms Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to certain guarantees when you purchase products or services. These guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by any agreement. If a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy.
For digital products and services, the ACL provides that they must:
The following self-paced courses are subject to this refund policy:
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. This is our goodwill policy in addition to your statutory rights.
Refund requests after 14 days, or where more than 20% of the course has been accessed, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We do not provide refunds simply because you changed your mind after accessing substantial course content.
The following programs involve live coaching, community access, or ongoing membership:
Coaching Programs: Due to the significant preparation, facilitation, and community infrastructure involved, coaching program fees are generally non-refundable once the program has commenced. If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, bereavement), please contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include deferral to a future cohort.
Memberships: Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period. Annual memberships may be cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, annual memberships are non-refundable but access continues until the end of the annual period.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law where a major failure has occurred.
The Wonder Audit is a digital assessment that generates a personalised AI readiness report. Due to the immediate delivery of the personalised report upon completion, the Wonder Audit is non-refundable once the assessment has been submitted and the report generated.
If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from receiving your report, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue or provide a full refund.
Strategic advisory services are governed by a separate agreement entered into at the time of engagement. Refund terms for advisory services are outlined in that agreement. As a general principle:
Speaking engagement fees and cancellation terms are governed by the speaking agreement signed at the time of booking. Please refer to your individual agreement for applicable refund and cancellation terms.
If a product or service has a major failure — meaning it is substantially different from its description, has a defect that would have prevented you from purchasing it had you known, or is unfit for its stated purpose — you are entitled to:
A major failure is not a change of mind, a failure to engage with the content, or dissatisfaction with the results of applying the material.
