Who was in the room
A beautiful mix: a consultant using AI for Instagram carousels, an aged care professional writing reports with ChatGPT, a school parent curious about community management, and a business owner trying to stand out in a competitive market. Real people. Real problems. Real curiosity.
This is the single most practical thing I teach. If you follow this framework every time you prompt, you will get dramatically better results.
What role do you want the AI to play? Start with: "You are an expert copywriter who specialises in..."
What do you actually want it to do? Be specific. "Write a three-paragraph email summarising..."
What does it need to know? Attach PDFs, paste examples, share your LinkedIn. The more context, the less it guesses.
What's the goal? What should the reader feel? "The reader should feel confident enough to approve the budget."
The rule
Quality of data + quality of prompt = quality of outcome. Every time.
Audit your current stack
Go to wonderconductor.co and map every tool you're using. Ask Pip: "Are there better tools for what I'm trying to achieve?"
Check the Risk Map
For every tool in your stack, understand where your data goes. If you're on a free plan for sensitive work, upgrade or stop using it for that purpose.
Try the RACI framework today
Take one prompt you've been using and rebuild it with Role, Action, Context, and Intent. Notice the difference in the output.
Start your Human User Manual
Ask AI: "I want to create a Human User Manual that distils my brand, my language, and what great looks like for me. Ask me questions to help me build it."
5 questions based on today's session. No pressure — this is just for you.
1. What does the 'R' in the RACI Prompting Framework stand for?
2. According to Sarah, what is the single most important thing to understand about free AI tools like ChatGPT?
3. What is a 'context window' in AI?
4. What tool did Sarah recommend for deep competitor research?
5. What does Sarah recommend as the foundation for all your AI work?
