Then ask:

  • Where do I feel most depleted or disconnected?

  • Where am I flowing — and what’s supporting that?

  • What one domain, if recalibrated, would ripple out and shift everything else?

🌓 Step 2: Sync with Your Natural Rhythms

Life redesign isn’t just external — it’s internal.
Start syncing your planning, energy, and rest with your personal rhythms:

  • Hormonal (for women: menstrual cycle phases or moon phases)

  • Seasonal (Winter = rest, Spring = initiate, Summer = sustain, Autumn = reflect)

  • Creative (inspiration, production, refinement, release)

When you stop pushing through and start partnering with your rhythms, life flows smoother.
